This tool was created by Prof. Gabe Teninbaum, of Suffolk University Law School, to demonstrate the value of expert systems for law students and lawyers.

Purpose: in diversity cases, federal courts must apply substantive state law and federal procedural rules. This system helps users analyze the situation where the difference between "substantive" and "procedural."
